Mr & Mrs Dobson of Benton wanted a new composite door and window as their property was freezing. Dave went and quoted for the new door, but he noticed the original window had misted and cloudy glass units but the frame was internally glazed and still in a good state. He advised them to change the units for energy efficient glass and he said he would retrim and insert expanding foam around the edges of the window inside and out. This would make the original window super efficient and be half the cost of a complete new window. The Dobson's are delighted as the new glass and the new composite door have made the house so much warmer. They have now passed Dave's contact details to Mrs Dobson's mother for work on her house. 17/2/17
