Mr and Mrs Hill had a very bad experience with a local double glazing company who had installed a sliding patio door and had basically took the money and ran. They were pretty unhappy with the door, and as they wanted three more windows they were totally dubious about who to employ to do the work. They had various quotes but were recomended to Dave Kendall by a lot of people they knew. Dave quoted for the three windows and the Hill's asked him for a quote to replace the door, Dave told them let us do the three windows first and he would take a look at the door at the same time. He completed the three Rehau energy efficient windows and he was able to sort out the problems with the door in under ten minutes. The Hill's are over the moon with Dave Kendall and they had saved a lot of money on the door. Dave explained most window fitters were just that, window fitters, most are not time served tradesmen unlike Dave Kendall who is a time served joiner and he does not understand why people do not ask for certificates of competence e.t.c before employing them. The Hill's have now had a replacement energy efficient patio door fitted to the rear of their home.
