Denise Shotton of Denton Burn required a french door inserted at the rear of her house. She chose Dave Kendall because he installed windows 13 years ago. Because the opening was to be made bigger a new lintol was to be installed, but when Dave was installing the doors he found that the original Lintol was much longer than it needed to be. So a new lintol was not neccesary. He then informed Denise that the installation would be £200.00 cheaper than he had quoted. Denise was gobsmacked as she was at work when the doors were being installed and she would never have known if a new lintol had been inserted. She said a lot of builders would have said nothing and kept the money. It showed her that not all builders were going to rip off the customer, she was over the moon with the work which took just over 1 day and over the moon that Dave did all the plastering e.t.c. Not a stream of people in her house.
