Mr and Mrs Douglas of Throckley had a cracked double glazed unit in their porch at home. They employed Dave Kendall to replace it and he advised the original unit was not safety glass as required by law and he replaced it for a 6mm toughened energy efficient unit and gave the Douglas family a new 10 year guarantee certificate which they are delighted with, 03/04/2019.
