Mr & Mrs Duncan of Great whittington had already had a new double glazed unit fitted in their wooden window and they now wanted Dave Kendall Glaziers Newcastle to replace a unit above their Bi- fold doors, Dave explained that the units above the doors were supposed to be toughened safety glass and not the normal glass the company who installed them had put in. This is a serious offence but as the company went bust there was nothing they could do, Dave replaced the glass for an energy efficient toughened unit and the Duncan's are delighted with Dave and the new guarantee certificate, 04/06/2019.
