Mr Ryan of Kingston Park contacted Dave Kendall from his 'replacement window glass Newcastle' page on his website. He needed the original glass in his bow window replaced as it was showing its age, Dave installed energy efficient units and also insulated the underneath of the cill and trimmed and sealed the inside. All this work should have been carried out at the time of installation but Mr Ryan commented that it was a cowboy firm who carried out the work.
