Dave quoted for a new unit but noticed the original was not a toughened safety glass unit as required in law because of the height of the window. Dave installed a toughened Planitherm EnergiMax® unit and gave Mr Owen a full 10 year certificated guarantee for peace of mind. Mr Owen was so pleased he has ordered a new composite back door which has now been installed.
