Mr Ogle from Throckley had a problem with failed units in a flat he owned. Dave changed them for Planitherm EnergiMax® units and he explained to Mr Ogle that because the original units had taped edges this is not advisable as the tape affects the seal on the units causing them to eventually break down. Mr Ogle was over the moon and the new units have a 10 year manufacturers guarantee certificate with them for peace of mind.
