Mr and Mrs Derbyshire of Gosforth had already employed Dave Kendall to install a new unit with a cat flap. while he was there they asked for a quote for a new kitchen window, Dave quoted for an A-Rated 36mm Rehau profile 36mm triple glazed window which they accepeted, They love the look and the difference it makes to the warmth in the kitchen.

In April, after the winter, the Derbyshire's have contacted Dave again regarding failed units in some of their other windows, which they want Dave to replace, and they had this to say regarding the triple glazed window Dave installed: "Just to say that the triple glazing unit you installed in our kitchen window earlier this winter has been brilliant. There is absolutely never ever any condensation on it!! Not even on the iciest of winter mornings, or when the cooker is on and giving out lots of steam, the window can stay closed and there is still no condensation on the inside. The old double glazed window in the dining part of the kitchen still gets condensation on it but never on the new triple. It has been quite a revelation and we will replace all our double glazed units for triple ones from now on."
