Mr and Mrs Shackleton of Gosforth had failed units and condensation one of the bedroom windows upstairs. They contacted Dave Kendall from his website as they had two estimates from big companies who wanted to change both windows and glass. Dave inspected the frames which were internally glazed and in really good condition so he advised new energy efficient units. As the windows were next to a busy road he advised making them acoustic units. The Shackleton's agreed and he installed eight new energy efficient acoustic units, after a couple of days the Shackleton's confirmed the units were excellent and doing everything Dave said they would do, this saved the Shackleton's a lot of money and the windows are good for another 10 years. 1/12/16
