Mr & Mrs Hawkins of Cramlington wanted to re-model their conservatory to make it into a home office as Mr Hawkins works from home.
They had estimates from the bigger companies, but found they wanted to change the whole roof and charge them more than the whole
conservatory cost to build. They contacted Dave through his website and were very impressed when he said he could insulate the original
roof and board and plaster the ceiling to make it a room to use all year round. As Mr Hawkins works on a computer he needed no glare,
so Dave suggested changing the glass units for self cleaning smart glass which is usually used in the roofs. The work was carried out over
three days and the Hawkins family were delighted with the workmanship and the total cost. They are now thinking about having the outside of
the roof tiled. Dave has designed his own individual tiling system using real building products not artificial materials.
