Mr and Mrs Walls of Seaton Burn were troubled with noise because their house is next to the main road and condensation. Even though the house is relatively new the double glazing was inefficient so Dave Kendall advised changing the glass units for energy efficient acoustic units. Mr Walls had a decibel gauge and when Dave installed the units the gauge recorded the decibels were fifteen decibels lower. The condensation has virtually disappeared and its much warmer, Mr Walls has now ordered acoustic glass for another three windows which Dave is going to install. 15/11/2016
